Recruitment Co-ordinator

Salary £15,000 – £23,000p.a. (OTE) + Benefits

Doncaster West Development Trust, a not for profit organisation based at The Terrace in Conisbrough, is seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator. The main purpose of the job is to develop and deliver a programme of recruitment services across West Doncaster.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment consultancy or a similar sales environment. A sound knowledge and understanding of building client relationships to achieve specific targets is also essential. All candidates must hold a full, clean driving licence.
